This site is run by Amirthan from Finland. It has no accounts, no forms, and no newsletter signup. Here is everything that happens with your data, in plain English.

What gets collected

Two services process data when you visit:

• Hosting (Vercel). Like every web host, it processes your IP address in server logs to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.
• Analytics (Microsoft Clarity). I use Clarity to see how pages are read: scroll depth, clicks, and anonymized session replays. It shows me where a guide loses readers so I can fix it. This site has no text inputs, so recordings contain no typed data.

Cookies

If you are visiting from the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, this site sets no analytics cookies at all. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to: Clarity runs in cookieless mode for those visitors. Elsewhere, Clarity may set its own cookies to recognize repeat visits.

Legal basis and where data goes

Analytics runs on legitimate interest: understanding how the site is read so the guides get better. Microsoft and Vercel may process data in the United States under the EU and US Data Privacy Framework. You can read Microsoft's privacy statement and Vercel's privacy policy for their side.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask what data exists about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to processing. Email me at aiwithamirthan@gmail.com and I will sort it out. You can also complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman at tietosuoja.fi.

The community runs on Skool and checkout runs on Stan. Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn links lead to those platforms. Once you leave this site, their own privacy policies apply.
